These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of anthropyai.com and the services of AnthropyAI, LLC ("AnthropyAI," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the site or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the site or Services.
2. Description of Services
AnthropyAI provides AI-as-a-Service — including the AnthropyWorks deployment layer, the Spawn platform, managed AI infrastructure, integrations, and related strategy and implementation services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
3. Use of the Site & Services
You agree to use the site and Services only for lawful purposes. You will not: violate any law or regulation; infringe the rights of others; attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data; interfere with or disrupt the Services; or use the Services to transmit malicious code or unlawful content.
4. AI-Powered Services
Our Services include AI-powered features such as chatbots, voice agents, and automated workflows. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are provided to assist — not replace — human judgment. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before relying on them. We do not warrant that AI outputs are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
5. Customer Data & Ownership
As between the parties, you retain all rights to the data and content you provide or process through the Services ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and use Customer Data solely to provide and support the Services. Your Customer Data remains exportable to you in full, and we do not use it to train foundation models.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, platform technology, trademarks, and materials on the site and within the Services are owned by or licensed to AnthropyAI, LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
7. Confidentiality
Each party will treat the other's non-public information disclosed in connection with the Services as confidential and use it only as necessary to perform under these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnthropyAI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AnthropyAI, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
11. Third-Party Links & Integrations
The site and Services may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or practices.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms here with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
