We process Customer Content to deliver the Services on your behalf. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your Customer Content to train foundation models. Where the Services route requests to third-party model providers, that processing is governed by our agreements with those providers and the configuration you select. You retain ownership of your Customer Content, and it remains exportable to you in full.

5. Information Sharing & Disclosure

We share information with: service providers (hosting, analytics, payment processing, AI model providers) under confidentiality and security obligations; business partners with your consent; as required to comply with law or valid legal process; in connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or asset sale), subject to this Policy; and to protect rights and safety.
